That is in fact the guy from Pokemon. I realize that this site contains alot of anime. This is my opinion, which should be a fact. I absolutely hate all anime, and I know hate is a strong word. But it is not strong enough in this situation. This was done on photoshop, but has the quality of paint, oh well. Possibly the worst picture on this site, but that doesn't matter to me.
